Local Laws of 2023
Local Law #1 of 2023 assigns Planning Board responsibilities to the Village Board, and abolishes the Planning Board.
Exhibit A of Local Law #1 of 2023, also known as the Land Subdivision Law, describes the process and requirements for dividing a piece of property into multiple plots.
Local Laws of 2017
Local Law #2 of 2017 regulates storage of junk, garbage, rubbish and litter within the Village.
Local Laws of 2015
Local Law #1 of 2015 regulates vehicles and traffic within the Village of Gilbertsville. This includes speed limits and parking restrictions.
